Easton 2 1/2 months

I can't believe my baby is 2 1/2 months. In some ways it has flown by and in other ways it has been the longest 2 1/2 months ever. I average about 4 hours of sleep, and that is on a good night. None of my kids have been good sleepers but Easton is by far the worst. For the first 2 months I could not get him to sleep on his back and he was very fussy. He is also the noisiest breather I have ever heard. When I took him to his 2 month check up I found out he has acid reflux and they put him on medication. It has been an amazing turn around. He will now lay on his back at night and during the day. He has also become an easier baby. He still is a noisy breather, but he has had a couple of colds so I don't know if the medicine will ever help that or if that is just the way he breathes. He still doesn't sleep very well. He gets up every hour or two during the night. He has never slept longer than three hours at a time. I am one tired mommy.
I am probably the spaciest person now. The other day I had my mom and my kids in the car with me and I ran a stop light. My mom was pretty scared but I didn't even realize that there was a stop light. Another time I was supposed to pick Rylie up from school to take her to the Dentist . I got to the bottom of the canyon and instead of going to pick her up I turn the other way and head to the dentist. I was halfway to Franklin when I realized I had forgotten to pick her up. I am definitely sleep deprived. This is why it has been a long couple of months.

The reason it has flown by so quick is because he has gotten so big. He definitely doesn't look like a newborn any more. He is smiling and cooing and every once in a while he gives a little giggle. He is starting to play with toys. He still has his fussy moments but he really is starting to become fun. If only he would sleep.....
These pictures are my attempt at portraits for him. We just can't afford to spend a bunch of money on professional pictures and now that Kiddie Kandids has gone out of business, this is what I'm going to have to do. He looks like such a big boy. I can say with absolute certainty he is my last baby. I don't think I could do this all over again, but I do love him so much and couldn't imagine life without him.

Oh my gosh! He looks exactly like Rylie! I can't believe it! He is so adorable! He has gotten huge! And I only saw him a month ago! Time flies by way too fast! I had no idea kiddie kandids went out of business. Probably because people finally realized that they can take just as good of pictures and not pay so much! I think your pictures look great...and I love the ones you took of Rylie and Brynlie that you gave mom and dad for Christmas. You should definitely continue to take your own. How was Brynlies birthday? Did she like the silly pens? Those pens are my kids favorite. Anyway, talk to you soon!
